Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, mood entries, simulation results, journal notes, cycle data and chat history with the MadProfessor AI. We also automatically collect limited usage data (pages visited, features used), device information and cookies, strictly to operate and improve the service. We follow data minimisation — we only ask for what is necessary for the tool you are using.

Several tools (e.g. Therapist Alliance, Childhood Code Breaker, CycleSync, Time Thief Mirror) process your inputs through AI models to produce personalised insights, mood/cycle briefings and progress reports. In the Therapist Alliance program, a licensed therapist may assign you modules and receive aggregated, anonymised progress metrics (e.g. adherence, completion) — only with your explicit written consent. Therapists never see your raw journal entries or private chat content unless you actively share them.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest using industry-standard encryption. All data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Access is strictly limited to authorised personnel under confidentiality obligations and is logged. We regularly review our security practices and promptly investigate any reports of vulnerabilities.

We use your data to: provide personalised therapy-adjacent recommendations, track your progress, generate AI insights and progress reports, improve our AI responses with anonymised patterns, send you reminders (only with consent), and analyse aggregate, non-identifiable trends for research and product improvement. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Upon request, your personal data is erased within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g. billing records). Mood, simulation and journal data can be exported before deletion.

Because your data is stored on EU servers, we avoid transfers outside the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a sub-processor (e.g. an AI or payment provider) is located outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and apply additional safeguards to ensure GDPR-level protection.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time — including consent given for analytics and marketing cookies. You can exercise these rights from your Profile or by contacting us. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory data protection authority.

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your language and preferences. Optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are OFF by default and only activated after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time. Children under 16: our services are not directed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
